We have 890 square feet of second floor professional office space for rent. The space shares street frontage, entry and restroom with our design/build firm. $950 per month rent includes electricity, heat & air conditioning. The roof is on and the windows are in for our newest job here in Richmond. Timber frame elements accent the exterior, but certainly create a focal point for the entrance with its Shou Sugi Ban finish & the curved roof.

We`re thrilled to return to this contemporary home we had the privilege of building just over a year ago. With the crisp fall air and vibrant leaves as the backdrop, it’s the perfect setting for a photoshoot that truly captures the beauty of this design.

The entry way surrounded by large windows and a maple staircase accompanied by a glass railing make a dramatic first impression.

One of our favorite features? The dog wash station that’s become a favorite spot for the owners’ furry friend! It`s always a joy to see our designs become such a loved part of daily life.

We have crossed the finish line with one of our Richmond new builds. What an awesome project this has been. So much hard work & detail went into this home to make it exactly what the clients wanted.

We have another Richmond new build fully underway and one in Hinesburg as well. Updates on those coming soon.

Our project in Richmond is getting its many, many layers of trim these days. The front entry door (inspired by the Round Church) has around 106 individual parts making up the trim detail.

Our Huntington house homeowners moved in over the Weekend. They have lots of settling to do and we are finishing the punch list and final paint touch up.

Our Charlotte job that we finished just over a year ago is looking pretty good these days with all the established landscaping.
